Leonora Swart

Leonora Swart matriculated in 1988 from Hugenote Girls High on the East Rand. She completed her B.Proc-degree in 1992 at the University of Pretoria. In 1993 she commenced her articles at Andrew Burden Attorneys. She was admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer in 1995 and continued at the firm as a Professional Assistant.

She became a partner at Andrew Burden Attorneys in 1997 whose name was later changed to Burden & Swart Attorneys.

Leonora established the conveyancing department at the firm and through her dedication, hard work and managerial skills

built the conveyancing department into an exceptional and very successful department which was ranked under the Top 15 for Standard Bank in the last 2 years.

She specializes in Transfer of ownership in land, Registration and Cancellation of Mortgage Bonds, Establishment of townships, Sectional title developments, Opening of Sectional Title Schemes, Consolidation and Subdivision of land and Registration of Servitutes.

Leonora contributes immensely to the success of Burden & Swart Attorneys.
